  Spanish baked prawns

  西班牙式烤蝦

  20minutes

  Raw king prawns 300g, peeled and de-veined

  生蝦 300克,去皮并抽掉蝦線

  Garlic 2 cloves, thinly sliced

  大蒜 2瓣,切成薄片

  Dried chilli flakes a large pinch

  干辣椒片 若干

  Olive oil 2 tbsp

  橄欖油 2 湯匙

  Parsley leaves a small handful, chopped

  西芹葉 少量,剁碎

  ? Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Divide the prawns, garlic, chilli, sherry and the olive oil between 2 small ovenproof dishes. Cook for 6—8 minutes until pink and sizzling. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with crusty bread. Serves 2

  ? 將烤箱的熱風(fēng)加熱到220C,煤氣開到7檔200C。將對(duì)蝦、大蒜、辣椒、雪利酒和橄欖油擺放到兩個(gè)耐熱烤盤中。烹飪6—8分鐘,直到蝦變成粉色并發(fā)出咝咝聲。撒上西芹葉,搭配硬皮面包食用。(2人餐)

  Raw prawns deteriorate very quickly—when buying, avoid any that smell particularly fishy.

  生蝦會(huì)很快變壞,所以應(yīng)該注意避免購買那些聞起來特別腥的蝦。
