【新詞新意】“染色瓜子”英文怎么說.

　　最近上海媒體報道，市場上產自安徽宣城等地的炒貨瓜子，有的染色嚴重，甚至含有國家明令禁止的滑石粉、明礬等添加劑。

　　Authorities in Shanghai are inspecting the city&aposs roast seedproducers after an investigative report found that harmfulindustrial additives were being added to roast seed dyes.

　　自有調查報告顯示炒貨瓜子染色劑添加有害工業(yè)添加劑后，上海市有關部門已對市內炒貨瓜子生產商展開調查。

　　Dyed roast seeds即"染色瓜子"，指在瓜子翻炒過程中違規(guī)用多種染料(dye)和添加劑(additives)制作的炒貨瓜子(roast seeds)。染色瓜子中常用的違法添加劑包括奶精(creamer)、明礬(alum)、滑石粉(talc)、石蠟(paraffin wax)以及色素(coloringmatter)。

　　

　　調查發(fā)現(xiàn)，茶瓜子(tea flavored snack seeds)跟茶葉完全“不沾邊”，浸泡半小時后，綠茶瓜子水全變綠，紅茶瓜子水都變紅?？瓷先ネ獗砗芄饣?look smooth and bright)的瓜子可能是添加了工業(yè)滑石粉(industrial talc)。明礬中的鋁被人體吸收后很難排出，損害大腦及神經(jīng)細胞(neurone)，可能導致腦萎縮(atrophy)、癡呆(dementia)等癥狀。
