【新詞新意】處世有方的“社交變色龍”.

　　很早就聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)有一種動(dòng)物叫做變色龍，它們身體的顏色會(huì)隨著所在環(huán)境的變化而變化，這樣它們的敵人就很難發(fā)現(xiàn)它們了。在我們的生活中，也有這樣一類(lèi)人，他們見(jiàn)不同的人說(shuō)不同的話，似乎在任何場(chǎng)合都如魚(yú)得水。這樣的人就是“社交變色龍”。

　　A social chameleon is an individual who has the ability to enter social situations and blend in by adopting or mimicking the social norms displayed by the other participants in the situation.

　　“社交變色龍”指在某個(gè)社會(huì)環(huán)境中能夠通過(guò)吸收或模仿其他參與者所遵循的社會(huì)準(zhǔn)則而進(jìn)入并融入該環(huán)境的人。

　　A social chameleon will adopt and rlect the mood and sentiment of the situation and suppress their own. A chameleon will synthesise an opinion or position from observing those displayed by others in the situation, and forget that position when the social situation is lt. The ultimate objective of the social chameleon is to blend into the social situation without disturbing that situation.

　　“社交變色龍”會(huì)吸納并反應(yīng)所處環(huán)境的情緒和狀態(tài)，而壓抑自己本身的情緒。他們會(huì)觀察該環(huán)境中的其他人的態(tài)度和意見(jiàn)然后綜合表達(dá)出一個(gè)合適的看法，而在他們離開(kāi)那個(gè)社交環(huán)境時(shí)這個(gè)看法便被拋諸腦后。他們的最終目標(biāo)是在不知不覺(jué)的情況下融入這個(gè)社交環(huán)境。
