“裸辭”過后玩“閃辭”.

　　我們原來說過“裸辭”，指還沒找好下家就辭職的現(xiàn)象。如今，不少職場新人都流行“閃辭”，剛?cè)肼殠字芑驇滋欤绺杏X工作不順利就干脆辭職走人。

　　Young people quitting their jobs very shortly after starting -within three months or even three days - for reasons beyondthe comprehension of older workers, is a relatively new phenomenon in China, and has spawned anew term, "flash quit".

　　年輕人在入職后很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，比如3個(gè)月甚至更短的3天，因?yàn)橐恍┰诶蠁T工看來無法理解的原因而辭職，這是新近出現(xiàn)在中國的一個(gè)現(xiàn)象，由此產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)新興詞匯“閃辭”。

　　

　　The real reason behind this normally goes to: failure to adapt to the workplace atmosphere,not feeling happy in the job, or not achieving self-fulfillment.

　　“閃辭”背后的真正原因通常為：無法適應(yīng)職場工作環(huán)境，工作得不開心，無法實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。(英語點(diǎn)津)
