什么是“玩具食物”？.

　　玩具食物?是拿來(lái)當(dāng)玩具的食物嗎?猜錯(cuò)了!玩具食物是把預(yù)先加工處理好的食材混合或搭配而成的食物，就像過(guò)家家玩的“做飯”一樣簡(jiǎn)單，比如往一碗麥片里澆上牛奶做成的早餐。

　　Toy food is a food dish that comes premeasured and premixed and so requires only a minimal amount of preparation.

　　“玩具食物”是用預(yù)先切好、拌合好的食材，只需極少準(zhǔn)備工作就能制成的一盤(pán)食物。

　　To make toy food, you just need to get a little piece of this, a little of that, put it all together and make something, just like it was an Erector Set.

　　要做“玩具食物”，你只需拿一點(diǎn)這個(gè)食材，再加一點(diǎn)那個(gè)食材，把它們放在一起就是一頓飯，就像搭模型一樣。

　　For example, thinly slice a half pound of lean meat, brown it in a skillet for a few minutes, add two tablespoons of wine or water, the frozen package of sauce and vegetables — potatoes wedges, pearl onions, carrots, peas and sliced mushrooms, cook for about eight minutes and you have dinner for two.

　　例如，把半磅瘦肉切成薄片，把肉片放在平底鍋里煎至褐色，加入兩勺紅酒或水，再放入沙司和蔬菜的冷凍包(里面有切成小塊的土豆、珍珠洋蔥、胡蘿卜、豌豆和蘑菇片)，煮上八分鐘左右，一份兩人餐就做好了。
