If youcannot take 30 minutes to de-stress and eat in a peacul (note: mobile and work free)environment, then you must start to ask why and make yourself distance away from work.Lastly, schedule a day to disconnect. No email. No calls. No thinking about the to-do lists. Aday to yourself。

You have just a couple of groceries in your pantry, and the rrigerator is empty withthe exception of condiments that have a two year expiration date. You are literally home tosleep and wake up early to do it all over again. It’s an unsustainable lifestyle. You live andbreathe work。
你的室友都意識(shí)不到你的存在。他們會(huì)收到你的房租支票,卻很難見(jiàn)到你本人。你的屋子看上去完美無(wú)瑕,因?yàn)槟愫苌俅粼诶锩妫鼊e說(shuō)把屋子搞臟搞亂了。你的碗柜里有那么幾顆蔬菜,冰箱里除了過(guò)期兩年的調(diào)味品便再也沒(méi)有其他。其實(shí)你也回來(lái)睡覺(jué),但醒來(lái)后便人去屋空。這種生活方式簡(jiǎn)直不像話——你只為了工作而活!
It’s time for a break if you can check off one of these items. It’s time for a week vacation ifmore than two apply to you. If you have all ten, then you need to take a break, go on vacation,and reexamine this lifestyle because you only have this one and is this how you want to live?
