　　新加坡《聯(lián)合早報(bào)》記者：中方如何看待有人將“一帶一路”比作“馬歇爾計(jì)劃”，或者稱(chēng)中方借拉緊周邊經(jīng)濟(jì)紐帶以謀求地緣政治和其他利益?

　　王毅：

　　“一帶一路”比“馬歇爾計(jì)劃”既古老得多，又年輕得多，兩者不可同日而語(yǔ)。

　　China’s “Belt and Road” initiative is both much older and much younger than the Marshall Plan. Comparing one to the other would be like comparing apples and oranges.

　　“一帶一路”的理念是共同發(fā)展，目標(biāo)是合作共贏。它不是中方一家的“獨(dú)奏曲”，而是各方共同參與的“交響樂(lè)”。

　　The vision of this (Belt and Road) initiative is common development, and the goal is win-win progress, full cooperation. If I may use a musical metaphor, it is not just China’s solo, but a symphony performed by all relevant countries.

　　2016年，就所謂南海仲裁庭裁決結(jié)果的談話(huà)

　　王毅：

　　南海仲裁案從頭到尾就是一場(chǎng)披著法律外衣的政治鬧劇，這一本質(zhì)必須予以徹底的揭露。

　　The South China Sea arbitration is completely a political farce staged under legal pretext. Such a nature must be exposed for everyone to see.

　　對(duì)于這樣一個(gè)程序和法律適用牽強(qiáng)附會(huì)，證據(jù)和事實(shí)認(rèn)定漏洞百出的仲裁案，中國(guó)人民根本不會(huì)接受，國(guó)際上一切主持公道的人們也都不會(huì)認(rèn)同。

　　The arbitration was conducted according to unwarranted procedure and application of law, and was based on flawed evidence and facts. Such as it is, it will never be accepted by the Chinese people. Nor will it be recognized by anyone in the world who stands on the side of justice.

　　我舉一個(gè)例子。今年1月，習(xí)主席訪(fǎng)問(wèn)伊朗后4天，首列“義烏—德黑蘭”貨運(yùn)班列就通車(chē)了，為義烏7萬(wàn)多家商戶(hù)開(kāi)辟了成本更低、效率更高的運(yùn)輸通道，讓他們擁有更多商機(jī)和更好收益。

　　Let me just give you one example. Four days after President Xi visited Iran in January, the first freight train ran on the Yiwu-Teheran railway. And this created a cost-fective channel of transportation for over 70,000 businesses in Yiwu, creating more business opportunities and better profits for them.
