　　A:A university can use their own testing methods to test an applicant to B2 level if they are going to enter directly onto a degree course.

　　A: When is your visa valid till?

　　Q: I haven&apost apply for the T4 visa yet.

　　A: You will need to apply for that visa first and it depends on the length of that visa as to whether you can extend in country. Your sponsor will be able to help you once you are in the UK. If you current visa has enough time on it. Please wait until you have your visa for the foundation course...then speak to your sponsor.

　　Q: Sir, do you have the list of the highly trusted institutions?

　　A: You will be able to find this information on the UKBA website.

　　Q: I apply visa next month. Which level at NQF 6 or below NQF 6 I should fill in the Appendix 8 form.

　　A: Appendix 8 rers to whether you apply for Adult student, not the level of your course.

　　Q: Does the internal English test score need to be equivalent to B2 level and this requirement need to be in four items of English

　　A: An HEI sponsor needs to confirm that a degree student is at B2 level in 4 components. They need to confirm this on the CAS.

　　Q: If I want to find a job in England after my graduation ,what kind of visa I need to apply

　　A: If you graduate in 2012, you will need to apply under Tier 2. This means you should already have a job offer. Tier 1 Post Study Work route will close in 2012.

　　Q: I got a combined CAS covering both the pre-sessional course and main degree course, do I have to provide language of B1 or B2?

　　A: You will need to provide evidence that you are at B1 for the pre-sessional and this needs to be a SELT. Your sponsor will need to confirm that you are also at B2 to cover the unconditional degree course.

　　Q: Do you have the list of the banks for giving the certificates of deposit?

　　A:No, we do not have this information yet. Please monitor the VFS and UKBA websites.

　　Q: hello, sir. I applied pre-master programme and with IELTS 5.0, but have not received CAS until now, so I want to know under the latest visa policy B2 requirement whether I can submit the visa directly , but do not need to take the language course bore the pre-master start

　　A: The new policy applies to CAS&aposs issued from 21st April onwards. If your CAS was issued bore this date, then the policy is different.

　　A: No, you will need a SELT for the pre-sessional course.

　　A: All students attending pre-sessional English courses need to provide a SELT stating they are at minimum B1 level.
