CPA會計師公會是全球認可的專業(yè)會計資格，需要具備學(xué)士學(xué)位或以上學(xué)歷;符合CPA基礎(chǔ)階段的要求(按照不同學(xué)歷獲得科目豁免);完成CPA專業(yè)階段考試;符合實際工作經(jīng)驗要求，包括三年CPA認可的注冊會計師指導(dǎo)及技術(shù)才能、商務(wù)技能、個人效能和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能的四個重要領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗。
