留學(xué)生可憑借農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)位移民澳大利亞，澳大利亞是很多人想要去的移民國家，針對于留學(xué)生來說，如果對于農(nóng)場工作具有濃厚熱情，想要后期定居澳大利亞，需要獲得農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)位，進而獲得永久居留身份和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)工作的機會。

為了獲得永久居留身份和在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)工作崗位，澳聯(lián)邦政府現(xiàn)在要求學(xué)生至少要完成農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)位(Diploma in Agriculture)。這一趨勢，將幫助新州TAFE空缺的課堂盡快招滿學(xué)生，也能為本地農(nóng)業(yè)提供穩(wěn)定的勞動力和就業(yè)大軍。

自2009年以來，她就不時地在澳大利亞的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)工作。她說：“我一直對農(nóng)業(yè)感興趣，不過歐洲的農(nóng)業(yè)是不同的，這和我想從事的農(nóng)業(yè)有差別。因此，我就決定找出我是否希望在這里長久居住。起初我使用工作度假簽證來到澳大利亞，現(xiàn)在我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己確實喜歡農(nóng)業(yè)。這時候，我決定參加一個TAFE的課程。”

摩爾(Justin Moore)曾經(jīng)在的倫敦德里郡擔(dān)任泥瓦工，后來他決定到澳大利亞居住。他在南Riverina的農(nóng)田上工作，現(xiàn)在需要完成農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)位，才能夠繼續(xù)留在澳大利亞。

目前，農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)位基本上每個課程花費11500萬澳元(約55000元人民幣)，這對于國際學(xué)生來說是筆不小的開支。摩爾說，移民部去年僅僅需要農(nóng)業(yè)四級證書，但今年就更換了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，他們說需要學(xué)位證書才能移民。

一.國情、就業(yè)背景。

澳大利亞的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度非常高，也是世界上最具規(guī)模的農(nóng)業(yè)出口國，尤其與中國的關(guān)系更為密切。中澳雙方不久前共同發(fā)布報告，公布了雙方政府工作組對農(nóng)業(yè)投資和農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)合作所進行的調(diào)查。報告說，澳大利亞是主要的糧食生產(chǎn)國和活畜飼養(yǎng)國，澳大利亞目前生產(chǎn)的食物足以滿足6000萬人口的需要，但澳大利亞全國總?cè)丝谏胁蛔?300萬。這決定了澳大利亞有強烈的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口需求。而受制于人口和經(jīng)濟規(guī)模，澳大利亞要進一步發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)也需要外國投資。中國對澳農(nóng)業(yè)投資尚處于起步階段，投資項目數(shù)量少、規(guī)模小。不過，近年來，中國企業(yè)海外農(nóng)業(yè)投資增長較快，中國海外農(nóng)業(yè)投資流量從2008年的1.7億美元增長至2011年的6.5億美元。中國對澳農(nóng)業(yè)和食品加工業(yè)投資規(guī)模正不斷增加。澳大利亞將曾為亞洲的糧倉。

本地報紙《澳大利亞人報》最近報道2012-2013年度報名農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)的澳洲本土大學(xué)生數(shù)量激增15%，澳洲農(nóng)業(yè)常年有4000多個空位虛位以待，但僅有10個澳洲大學(xué)每年全部提供700個畢業(yè)生，遠遠不夠市場需求，隨著農(nóng)場主的老齡化，導(dǎo)致澳洲農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展極大受到限制。另外一方面隨著亞洲需求增大，專家預(yù)測農(nóng)業(yè)有望取代礦業(yè)成為就業(yè)增長最快的產(chǎn)業(yè)。
