【工作用語】接待來訪 Receive Visitors.

　　May I have your name ,please?

　　請問尊姓大名?

　　Which company are you from?

　　你是哪個公司的?

　　Would you give me your business card?

　　請您給我您的名片好嗎?

　　注釋：用Would 開頭，是一種客氣的說法。

　　Do you have an appointment?

　　你預(yù)先約定了嗎?

　　I’ll see if he is available.

　　我看看他是否方便。

　　注釋：available，方便，有空。也可用free.

　　Would you please have a seat and wait for a few moments?

　　請稍坐片刻。

　　I’m sorry to have keep you waiting ,but he’s still not free.

　　很抱歉，讓你久等，但他還是沒空。

　　注釋：keep somebody doing ,讓某人持續(xù)做某事，是常用的短語。

　　The manager is expecting you.

　　經(jīng)理正在等你。
