畢業(yè)工簽遭到拒絕，還有重生的機(jī)會(huì)嗎？

出國(guó)留學(xué)，去往，加拿大畢業(yè)工簽是加拿大留學(xué)生畢業(yè)工作后必須需要的證件，如果畢業(yè)后工作簽證遭拒，還有重生的機(jī)會(huì)嗎?這下有救了!

好消息!好消息!在2014年9月1號(hào)到2016年3月15號(hào)期間，畢業(yè)后工簽遭到拒絕的童鞋們可以有機(jī)會(huì)重新得到工簽啦!

2015年12月，聯(lián)邦法院對(duì)那些申請(qǐng)人畢業(yè)后的工作簽證由于六門(mén)課中的五門(mén)課業(yè)在最后一個(gè)項(xiàng)目里被指定為 遠(yuǎn)程教育 而拒絕，授予了司法審查。

去往加拿大留學(xué)，2016年9月27日，，難民和公民部(IRCC)部長(zhǎng)在移民和難民保護(hù)法的第25.2節(jié)下設(shè)立了一項(xiàng)新的政策，以便發(fā)放開(kāi)放式工簽，臨恢復(fù)時(shí)居民身份和對(duì)在2014年9月1號(hào)至2015年3月15號(hào)畢業(yè)后工作簽證遭拒的學(xué)生免收一切相關(guān)費(fèi)用。

這項(xiàng)政策于2016年9月27日生效，將于2017年3月17號(hào)結(jié)束!

一、加拿大畢業(yè)工簽之該項(xiàng)政策的申請(qǐng)人必須符合以下條件：

they were rused a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) between September 1, 2014 and March 15, 2016;

the reason for the rusal of the application was because the applicant completed the majority of their coursework by distance learning, and

the entirety of their program of study, including transfer credits, was not considered when the determination was made that the majority of their coursework was by distance learning.

在2014年9月1號(hào)至2016年3月15號(hào)期間，畢業(yè)后工作(PGWP)簽證遭到拒絕;

申請(qǐng)人被拒絕的原因是因?yàn)樯暾?qǐng)人的大部分課程是通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí);

二、所有課程的學(xué)習(xí)，包括轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)分沒(méi)有考慮在內(nèi)，當(dāng)決定這些學(xué)生的大部分課程是通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)。

加拿大畢業(yè)工簽之費(fèi)用減免：

去往加拿大留學(xué)，根據(jù)公共政策，下面的費(fèi)用豁免：

1、恢復(fù)臨時(shí)居民身份的費(fèi)用($ 200)，R306修復(fù)(1);

2、工作簽證的申請(qǐng)費(fèi)($ 155)，R299(1);

3、開(kāi)放式工作簽證持有人的費(fèi)用($ 100)R303.2(1);

三、加拿大畢業(yè)工簽之加拿大境內(nèi)的申請(qǐng)：

The public policy exempts from the requirement that anapplication for a work permit be made from outside of Canada. As such, eligibloreign nationals can apply for the open work permit from within Canada.

去往加拿大留學(xué)，這項(xiàng)政策免除了申請(qǐng)者在加拿大境外得到工作簽證的要求。因此，符合資格的外籍人員可以在加拿大境內(nèi)申請(qǐng)開(kāi)放式工簽。

四、加拿大畢業(yè)工簽之身份恢復(fù)：

The public policy waives the requirement that anapplication to restore temporary resident status be made within 90 days oflosing temporary resident status. Therore, if an eligible foreign national inCanada is without status and is past their 90-day restoration period, they maystill apply for an open work permit under the public policy.

這項(xiàng)政策摒棄了申請(qǐng)人必須在丟失臨時(shí)居民身份的90天內(nèi)恢復(fù)臨時(shí)居民身份。因此，在加拿大境內(nèi)任何符合條件的外籍人員沒(méi)有身份和錯(cuò)過(guò)了90天內(nèi)恢復(fù)身份申請(qǐng)的機(jī)會(huì)，他們?nèi)钥梢陨暾?qǐng)開(kāi)放式工簽。
