　　一：就讀學(xué)校需與注冊(cè)學(xué)校一致

　　Applicants must enrollin and continue to pursue studies in Canada. Failure to do so could lead toremoval from Canada.(申請(qǐng)者必須在學(xué)校注冊(cè)，并且在去往加拿大之后必須是在學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)，否則會(huì)被驅(qū)逐出境。)

　　二：限定學(xué)生可申請(qǐng)學(xué)校范圍

　　Study permitswill only be issued to successful applicants who are pursuing studies at aneducational institution that has been designated to receive internationalstudents.(只有去加拿大指定的具有招收國(guó)際學(xué)生資格的教育機(jī)構(gòu)，才能會(huì)頒發(fā)學(xué)生簽證。)

　　三：學(xué)生簽證享受每周不超過(guò)20小時(shí)工作時(shí)間

　　Study permitswill automatically authorize the holder to work off-campus for up to 20 hoursper week during the academic session and full-time during scheduled breakswithout the need to apply for a separate work permit. The study permit holdermust be pursuing academic, vocational or professional training of six months ormore that leads to a degree, diploma or certificate at a designatedinstitution.(獲得學(xué)生簽證的學(xué)生，會(huì)被自動(dòng)授予校外工作許可(上課期間每周不超過(guò)20小時(shí)，放假時(shí)可以全職)，而不需要另外在申請(qǐng)。允許打工的學(xué)生必須是正在接受6個(gè)月以上的學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生。)

　　四：實(shí)習(xí)工簽限定政府認(rèn)可教育機(jī)構(gòu)

　　Only internationalstudents who are pursuing studies at a secondary school or at a designatedinstitution may apply for a Co-Op Work Permit if a co-op placement is anintegral part of their course of study.(學(xué)生只有在加國(guó)指定院校申請(qǐng)才能申請(qǐng)Co-Op工作許可。)

　　五：訪問(wèn)簽證持有人在加拿大境內(nèi)可申請(qǐng)學(xué)生簽證

　　Visitors mayapply for a study permit from within Canada if they are at the pre-school,primary or secondary level, are on an academic exchange or a visiting studentat a designated learning institution, or have completed a course or program ofstudy that is a condition for acceptance at a designated learning institution.(交換生和訪問(wèn)生(包括學(xué)前、小學(xué)和中學(xué))可以在加拿大境內(nèi)申請(qǐng)學(xué)簽。)

　　六：畢業(yè)后學(xué)生簽證有效期90天后失效

　　A study permitbecomes invalid 90 days following the completion of studies unless the foreignnational also possesses a valid work permit or another authorization to remainin Canada.(學(xué)生畢業(yè)后，學(xué)簽的有效期將自動(dòng)變成90天。除非轉(zhuǎn)工簽或者其他合法途徑，否則無(wú)法繼續(xù)合法逗留在加國(guó)。)

　　七：等候工簽辦理期間可全日制工作

　　Eligibleinternational graduates will be authorized to work full-time after theirstudies are completed until a decision is made on their application for aPost-Graduation Work Permit.(留學(xué)生畢業(yè)后從申請(qǐng)了畢業(yè)工簽開始就可以在加拿大合法工作，除非畢業(yè)工簽被拒了。)
