英國留學之人力資源管理(HRm)專業(yè)解讀

不少英國大學21年申請已經(jīng)都開放了，計劃21年去英國留學的小伙伴都在緊張的準備申請材料啦，今天Hailey主要帶大家重點了解一下英國留學熱門專業(yè)：人力資源—Human Resourse management.

其實，人力資源對于專業(yè)背景并沒卡得那么嚴格，文科背景的學生都可考慮轉(zhuǎn)申HR專業(yè)。

人力資源管理到底學什么的？

以英國大學為例，人力資源管理專業(yè)大致可分為兩個方向：人力資源管理（ Human Resource Management）和國際人力資源管理（International Human Resource Management）。

相較而言，人力資源管理專業(yè)的實際操作性較強，課程能夠讓同學接觸到人力資源的方方面面問題；而國際人力管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力密源問題。

就業(yè)方向：企業(yè)人力資源管理者，HR，招聘，BP等無論企業(yè)大小，根本在于人員管理，可見對于該職務的依賴之強；

獵聘行業(yè)，人才資源成為目前商業(yè)社會中最被重視的資源之一，獵聘行業(yè)隨之發(fā)展迅猛。哪些大學的人力資源管理專業(yè)值得推薦呢？

曼徹斯特大學

曼徹斯特人力好多多，MBS＋環(huán)發(fā)，會挑花眼的。

當然，我們主要說MBS的。國際學生選Intetnational route那個多點，課程相對輕松，如果有留英打算，想必修CIPD課程的，這個可以選domestic route，這個會附加作業(yè)和3000字的report，比較煩。

第二學期會比較痛苦，量很大時間緊，建議有工作背景申請。

卡大人力算全英比較強的學校之一，課程設(shè)置細致而實用。課程強度比較大，與此同時，掛科率相對比較高。國外有學生放棄去WBS選擇去卡迪夫這個專業(yè)。有CIPD認證，收學生中等不算多，體驗度不錯。

華威大學（WBS）

Warwick的hrm不算王牌專業(yè)但大牌，因為這個課程對專業(yè)背景沒有硬性規(guī)定。所以申的人多，有CIPD認證，加上華威商學院有錢，資源豐富，專業(yè)比較豪，會請些個資深的高級的從業(yè)人員來授課，探討當下熱門話題。

Human Resource Management and Employment Relations - MSc

申請要求：雅思7.0，兩單科7.0，兩單科6.0/6.5；英國2:1學位。

愛丁堡大學

愛丁堡的的HRM在商學院里，任何專業(yè)都能申，2012年開了CIPD認證，這個專業(yè)適合以后做培訓以及處理員工關(guān)系。

申請難度比不上曼大和蘭卡這些學校，甚至和杜倫比，也會推薦杜倫多一點。
