英國(guó)留學(xué)之人力資源管理(HRm)專業(yè)解讀

不少英國(guó)大學(xué)21年申請(qǐng)已經(jīng)都開(kāi)放了，計(jì)劃21年去英國(guó)留學(xué)的小伙伴都在緊張的準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料啦，今天Hailey主要帶大家重點(diǎn)了解一下英國(guó)留學(xué)熱門(mén)專業(yè)：人力資源—Human Resourse management.

其實(shí)，人力資源對(duì)于專業(yè)背景并沒(méi)卡得那么嚴(yán)格，文科背景的學(xué)生都可考慮轉(zhuǎn)申HR專業(yè)。

人力資源管理到底學(xué)什么的？

以英國(guó)大學(xué)為例，人力資源管理專業(yè)大致可分為兩個(gè)方向：人力資源管理（ Human Resource Management）和國(guó)際人力資源管理（International Human Resource Management）。

相較而言，人力資源管理專業(yè)的實(shí)際操作性較強(qiáng)，課程能夠讓同學(xué)接觸到人力資源的方方面面問(wèn)題；而國(guó)際人力管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力密源問(wèn)題。

就業(yè)方向：企業(yè)人力資源管理者，HR，招聘，BP等無(wú)論企業(yè)大小，根本在于人員管理，可見(jiàn)對(duì)于該職務(wù)的依賴之強(qiáng)；

獵聘行業(yè)，人才資源成為目前商業(yè)社會(huì)中最被重視的資源之一，獵聘行業(yè)隨之發(fā)展迅猛。哪些大學(xué)的人力資源管理專業(yè)值得推薦呢？

曼徹斯特大學(xué)

曼徹斯特人力好多多，MBS＋環(huán)發(fā)，會(huì)挑花眼的。

當(dāng)然，我們主要說(shuō)MBS的。國(guó)際學(xué)生選Intetnational route那個(gè)多點(diǎn)，課程相對(duì)輕松，如果有留英打算，想必修CIPD課程的，這個(gè)可以選domestic route，這個(gè)會(huì)附加作業(yè)和3000字的report，比較煩。

第二學(xué)期會(huì)比較痛苦，量很大時(shí)間緊，建議有工作背景申請(qǐng)。

卡大人力算全英比較強(qiáng)的學(xué)校之一，課程設(shè)置細(xì)致而實(shí)用。課程強(qiáng)度比較大，與此同時(shí)，掛科率相對(duì)比較高。國(guó)外有學(xué)生放棄去WBS選擇去卡迪夫這個(gè)專業(yè)。有CIPD認(rèn)證，收學(xué)生中等不算多，體驗(yàn)度不錯(cuò)。

Warwick的hrm不算王牌專業(yè)但大牌，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)課程對(duì)專業(yè)背景沒(méi)有硬性規(guī)定。所以申的人多，有CIPD認(rèn)證，加上華威商學(xué)院有錢(qián)，資源豐富，專業(yè)比較豪，會(huì)請(qǐng)些個(gè)資深的高級(jí)的從業(yè)人員來(lái)授課，探討當(dāng)下熱門(mén)話題。

Human Resource Management and Employment Relations - MSc

申請(qǐng)要求：雅思7.0，兩單科7.0，兩單科6.0/6.5；英國(guó)2:1學(xué)位。

愛(ài)丁堡大學(xué)

愛(ài)丁堡的的HRM在商學(xué)院里，任何專業(yè)都能申，2012年開(kāi)了CIPD認(rèn)證，這個(gè)專業(yè)適合以后做培訓(xùn)以及處理員工關(guān)系。

申請(qǐng)難度比不上曼大和蘭卡這些學(xué)校，甚至和杜倫比，也會(huì)推薦杜倫多一點(diǎn)。
