Is it important to be calm?

From my standpoint, To be calm means to remain reasonable, so one could work with others by looking for a way to agree to disagree. Also, that’s is a way of stay rational, only by doing it, a person could keep their shirt on to pay attention to minor details. Those are key to success.
在我看來(lái)，保持冷靜就是保持講理，這樣一個(gè)人才能和其他人求同存異。另外，那也是一種保持理智的方法，只有那樣，一個(gè)人才能靜下心來(lái)去關(guān)注微笑細(xì)節(jié)。那些是成功的關(guān)鍵。

What kinds of quality should a good employee should has?

Frankly, A good employee should be a staff that could stay at the top notch performance among a team, play an example for the rest of the group to follow. What’s more valuable is that they can keep their shirt on while urgent matters occur, to go on working stably as usually with strong belief to the organization.
