?英國(guó)部分院校法律專業(yè)介紹

目前，世界各國(guó)沿用的法律體系基本上可分為二類：大陸法系和英美法系。中國(guó)內(nèi)地采用的是大陸法系。歐洲、亞洲的許多國(guó)家的法律都屬于大陸法系。香港和英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家采用的是英美法系、英美法系又稱英國(guó)法系、普通法系或判例法系。雖然有以上的諸多差異，但是中國(guó)學(xué)生出國(guó)，通常選擇的是一些普遍意義上的“通用課程”，如：國(guó)際法、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法、海事法、國(guó)際商法等，所以申請(qǐng)和入學(xué)都是不受法律體系限制的。
